Every vending machine and convenience store is out of the drink, and Kate has all but lost hope of tasting any one last time until right before the final showdown. Throughout the film, she repeatedly tries to find the drink with no success. She uses that precious time to enact revenge on her presumed poisoner, only to later learn that the real culprit is her handler Varrick (Woody Harrelson).Īs Kate tries desperately to track down Kijima (Jun Kunimura), who she believes to be responsible for her poisoning, she is also on the hunt for the fizzy soda called Boom Boom Lemon.
